We recommend the particular attention is given to pressure washing and cleaning of all roofs, particularly if any recoating or protective coating works are envisaged, as the full scale of such works required cannot be properly estimated until the roof is fully cleaned, as any dirt, grease or vegetation growth could mask any existing coating adhesion problems.
